Dominico was such a charming host, always cheerful and attentive, genuinely eager to help us with everything we needed. The cleanliness of our room was immaculate, and we found the location to be perfect for exploring Rome's main attractions, all within walking distance.
Hot water issue in the mornings.

Had double room with a really comfortable double luxury bed, the bathroom, for instance. Plenty of lovely food.

The location is prime for accessing major attractions and local eateries. The room features a mini bar and kettle.
The shower space is cramped, causing unintended mishaps with water controls. The walls lack soundproofing. Conversations from neighbors echoed far too clearly. The bathroom feels particularly narrow and uncomfortable, which can be a tight squeeze for anyone larger. A balcony ends up feeling stifling with hot air from an air conditioning unit.

Everything was very good and really enjoyed my stay there. The staff were very very helpful and attentive all the time. The double room was a nice size with great value for money, adequate facilities plus a balcony...

Domenico was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The hotel location was superb and the room was very comfortable. The hotel is located in a typical Roman building which gives it a lot of character. Facilities were very modern with an elegant, simple design.

My stay was primarily to explore major attractions in Rome, and it was a fantastic choice. The room was spacious and well-kept, with a nice AC unit that was perfect during the hot days. It was conveniently located within walking distance to the Pantheon and Castel Sant'Angelo, which made sightseeing a breeze.

missingWrote a review on 23 Octtiny showerno reception
I almost gave Four Rivers Suites a good review, but it was hard to overlook the tiny, cramped shower where my husband kept hitting the controls, not to mention the absurdity of no 24-hour reception. As if I was just another regular guest, there was certainly no complimentary upgrade for my troubles.

I liked all! location its wonderful just in front of Palazzo della Cancelleria one of the most beatiful buildings in Rome which was built by Pope Alexander VI (papa Borgia). Campo de Fiori is just around the corner, the Vatican City is 15 minutes away on foot and Piazza Venezia and Piazza Navona are just there. Staff is great (Andrea, Domenico etc), breakfast service too. I would certainly suggest this hotel to all people I know that it's planning to go to Rome

Staying in this small hotel made us feel like we were staying at a friend's apartment in our favorite part of Rome. The Piazza Navona was, almost literally, right behind us, and the Campo dei Fiori was just across the street and a little bit more. Domenico is a wonderful host who is very helpful, thoughtful, and kind and knows the neighborhood and the city well. The room we had, though not luxurious, was pretty spacious and functional, with sufficient lighting, enough room to walk around, and something to put our suitcases on. The breakfast room was, literally, right outside our door and was like a kitchen in a home.
We got off to a bad start the day we arrived and were given a tiny room because the people in the room we were booked into had decided to stay an extra night. It meant not being able to unpack and settle in until the following day, which was a little inconvenient. Also, the word 'suite' should be eliminated from the name of the hotel, as the rooms are really not suites the way you would assume them to be. You have a bedroom and a bathroom, which is fine, but I'm not sure why they are called suites. Also, there is no lobby of any sort, not even a chair to sit on near the front desk---just a long, attractive hallway with beautiful artwork of Rome gracing the walls. It really did seem like having a bedroom in someone's apartment in Rome, which I thought of as a good thing.
